چکیده
Objective — To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification cataract extraction in patients with moderate or severe lens subluxation scleral fixed capsular tension ring implantation. Methods A total 43 (47 eyes) (scope dislocation exceeds 120 degrees) underwent aspiration our hospital from November 2018 to May 2019. During intraoperative injection/aspiration cortex, was put into capsule, and then on sclera sutures summarize surgical methods observe preoperative postoperative visual acuity. Pentacam anterior segment analysis system UBM were used center record related complications. Results There statistically significant differences distribution corrected acuity before after operation (P<0.01). The fixations stability MCTR intraocular proved be good condition. no IOL displacement serious complications 6 months observation. Conclusion pocket is a safe effective method for treatment dislocation, which can improve safety, prevent deviation reduce

Surgical management of spontaneous in-the-bag intraocular lens and capsular tension ring complex dislocation
We describe a technique to manage late spontaneous intraocular lens (IOL) and capsular tension ring (CTR) dislocation within the intact capsular bag. The subluxated IOL and CTR complex can be positioned in a closed chamber and fixed to the pars plana at both 3 and 9 o'clock quadrants with the presented ab externo direct scleral suturation technique which provides an easy, safe and effective sur...
متن کاملAnterior Capsule Configuration and Surgical Technique in Cases of Intraocular Lens–Capsular Tension Ring Complex Dislocation
Purpose: To report the formation of the continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis (CCC) window in cases of intraocular lens (IOL)–Capsular Tension Ring (CTR) complex dislocation, determine appropriate indications for using CTRs, and evaluate surgical techniques for repositioning of the dislocated IOL–CTR complex. Methods: Four consecutive patients who underwent IOL repositioning surgery for IOL–CTR ...

A 46-year-old woman with moderate lens subluxation and Marfan ́s syndrome underwent a phacoemulsification on the right eye with a sutureless Henderson Capsular Tension Ring (HCTR) implantation. The surgical procedure and the postoperative follow up period were uneventful, with a best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of 0 (LogMAR). Seven months after surgery the patient presented an inferomedial di...
متن کاملAn Unexpected Delayed Complication of Cataract Surgery: Retinal Detachment Secondary to Capsular Tension Ring Dislocation
We aim to present a case of retinal detachment secondary to capsular tension ring dislocation following cataract surgery. A 45-year-old man who underwent cataract surgery 2 years previously presented with decreased vision in his left eye. The patient's posterior capsule was intact with a well-located posterior chamber intraocular lens. Fundus examination revealed retinal detachment with retinal...
متن کاملSpontaneous Late Intraocular Lens and Capsule Tension Ring Dislocation
In this report, three cases with pseudoexfoliation (PEX) and advanced age with spontaneous intraocular lens (IOL) and capsule tension ring (CTR) dislocation were presented. All of our cases experienced progressive vision loss without an episode of strenuous physical activity, trauma, or any other ocular disease. Spontaneous dislocation was observed 2.5 to 8 years after uneventful phacosurgery. ...
